For manufacture of Fine Jute Yarns, this Unit was set up in 1994 with imported machineries.
This is a 100% Export Oriented Unit with production capacity of 18  Metric Tons a day. The plant aims to increase  its  production  capacity  to 25  Metric Tons per day so as to meet the growing market demand.

The Company:

With their decades of experience in manufacture and marketing of jute products, the Murlidhar Ratanlal Group visualised the growing importance of finer Jute Yarns for a host of applications and promoted the KYTL.

The Company possesses the most modern plants, equipped with the latest machinery which ensures production of quality jute yarns and twines. The manufactured quality products have earned the trust of customers all over the world.

Product Range :

The present production of KYTL is in the popular 6 lbs to 48 lbs (Ply 1 - 5) range. However, the Group is capable of producing full range of yarns from 4.8 lbs to 200 lbs (Ply 1 - 5). At present yarns are available in natural golden colour. Coloured and blended yarns and twines are likely to be added soon in its product list.

Main End Uses :

Jute yarns have a number of applications because of their eco-friendly nature. Some of the popular uses are:

  • YarnsIn carpet weaving
  • As core in cable/wire
  • In making ropes
  • As fuse yarn for explosives
  • To make decorative wall coverings
  • Blended yarn to make fabrics for fashion garments, tapestries, soft luggage etc.
