Mr. Bijay Kumar Kajaria (B.K.), Director joined their family business for export of jute goods with the parent firm "Murlidhar Ratanlal", immediately after his graduation. He brought a new approach in the sphere of business, expanded its boundary, diversified into trading in allied fibres namely manila, hemp, synthetics etc. He has been successful in transforming a Trading Export House to a strong manufacturing base. In his 40 he was honoured with the position of Vice President of the Calcutta Jute Fabrics Shippers Association.

Mr. Ajay Kumar Kajaria (A.K.), Director also joined the family business just after completing his graduation in commerce stream. A man of good economic foresight, he has been successful in strengthening the financial base of the company. His perseverance and strong sense of marketing is revealed in his excellence in international marketing. Now 40, he has been honoured with the post of   President, Merchants’ Chamber of Commerce, Calcutta.

Mr. Sanjay Kajaria, Director the youngest of the three Kajarias did his commerce graduation and joined the jute business at a very young age. He had led the way in the Group’s diversification in the manufacture of specialised jute products. By dint of his exeuberance and acumen, he has acquired an enviable position within a short time span. His worth can be assessed by the fact that at the young age of 38 years he has been made the Chairman of the Indian Jute Mills Association. He has also been appointed as a Committee Member of the Jute Manufactures Development Council.
